We also receive your credit report and criminal history from trusted third-party providers (TransUnion, Experian and Equifax for the credit report, plus criminal-history and public-record databases).”

• Data Retention & Deletion “Reports and personal data are securely deleted after delivery unless you explicitly ask us to keep them for repeat orders. The only exception is the records we must keep to meet our obligations under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), such as who requested each report and the permissible purpose they certified; we keep those only as long as the law and our data providers require. You can request deletion anytime by emailing support@tenantscreeningbackgroundcheck.com.”
